The Fishers Event Center will open in November 2024, and will likely have managed, paid parking. LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC has been contracted to oversee the parking facilities.

Here are the essential details from the public agenda posted on the City of Fishers website:

  • Parking Fees: Residents will likely have to pay for parking, as the facility will operate as a commercial parking lot. This includes all events unless specific arrangements are made (e.g., VIP Parking Passes for certain events). See table below for proposed rates.
  • Effective Date: The new parking management starts on November 1, 2024 and will last for the next five years.
  • VIP Parking Passes: VIP Parking Passes will be available at no cost for specific events like Indy Fuel Hockey and Fishers Freight events, based on a ratio of one parking pass per four seats.

Keep an eye out for further updates as the opening date approaches.
