What’s open, closed, and other 🇺🇸 happenings

We know about the fireworks, but how about during the day? Friendly reminder that all federal, state, and most city and county offices will be closed on Thursday for celebration. This includes the BMV, banks, & most libraries.

  • The post office is closed, so don’t expect any mail. FedEx and UPS are offering modified hours.
  • IndyGO will operate on their Sunday schedule.
  • There will be no Costco runs on July 4th. Sorry. 😋
  • The Indiana Children’s museum is open! Here is a look at their daily events!

Any Full House fans reading? Uncle Jesse AKA John Stamos will join The Beach Boys (!!!) at the July 6th concert @ Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park. Tix still available here.

Conor Prairie will host the Glorious Fourth July 4-6 from 10 AM to 5 PM. This is a cool opportunity to explore the grounds and celebrate American Independence. Other noteworthy fun: there’s a ceremony honoring veterans and even a reading of the Declaration of Independence!

Even on a holiday, coffee is necessary! ☕️ Schoolhouse 7 is offering several festive beverages like the Stars and Stripes Blend and the Liberty Latte! Why not start your day with red, white, and blue?
