Only three people in Central Indiana have a Cybertruck right now. And the Carmel Fire Department got their hands on one. They wanted to know where the door releases, electrical shutoffs, and battery locations were in case they ever needed to cut one up (to save someone of course). They made sure to leave enough time for a photo op next to their fire trucks.

🏖️ How much will beach season be?

Last year, if you were a non-resident of Fishers and wanted to enjoy Geist Waterfront Park, you had to pay $50. It’s safe to say much of the community didn’t appreciate this cost. This year, they are proposing the fee be reduced to $25. This would go into effect during beach season — May to October.

Local Business

🍕Scratch pizza: Colosseo Pizza

A new pizza place is opening in Fishers today. On top of making a damn good-looking pizza, they will be serving other Italian classics. Caprese salad, Burrata, Calimari, pastas and more.

If you know where the Big Apple Bagels is on 126th near 37, it’s near there 🙂

🍞 Vicious Biscuits coming to Fishers

Bad news for those working on their beach bod. Vicious Biscuits is coming to Fishers. If you’ve been to Charleston, SC before where they’re based — you’ve probably been there. It was recently announced that David Dessner and Steve Wise would be opening up 10 other locations for the franchise in Indianapolis. The plan is to open sometime in the next 12 months.

Editor note: I went to a Vicious Biscuit in SC for the first time last October. My first thought after trying it was, “This would do so well in Fishers”. And now it’s happening. I’m stoked.
