The Navient Building is changing names
The Navient Building is now known as “The Link”.
The new name will now be coming with brand-new signage.
The massive building is located close to the Fishers District and can be seen driving on I-69.

Why it Matters
MJ Wilkow, the new owner, is reshaping the building at 11100 USA Parkway.
- Navient
- IU Health
- Burn Boot Camp (confirmed on the second level, 8k sq feet)
- Are all confirmed tenants of the building
To guide visitors, the developer wants better signage.
As someone who has previously done work at this building, it’s a very welcome change.
The Fishers Plan Commission thinks so, too, hoping the signs will be a solution to the maze-like building.
The 10’ signs will be clearly visible at both entrances to the building.
